Cream potato soup

Ingredients:
  • three hundred g carrot
  • six potato
  • forty g pink garlic
  • two tbsp cream
  • one L water
  • one vegetable cube stock
Preparation :
Peeled garlic.
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
Put everything in a pot. Add the garlic, water and broth.
Bring to boil & simmer for thirty min.
Mix, add the cream, salt, pepper and serving
