Cream potato soup
Ingredients:
- three hundred g carrot
- six potato
- forty g pink garlic
- two tbsp cream
- one L water
- one vegetable cube stock
Preparation :
Peeled garlic.
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
Put everything in a pot. Add the garlic, water and broth.
Bring to boil & simmer for thirty min.
Mix, add the cream, salt, pepper and serving
