FRIED POTATOES ONIONS AND SMOKE POLISH SAUSAGE

Ingredients:
  • 1½ lbs. Russet potatoes, I cut them into half cubes.
  • A book. Slices of smoked sausage.
  • two tbsp.
  • Olive oil.
  • half teaspoon of seasoned salt.
  • half tsp. Italian seasoning.
  • half large red bell pepper.
  • half large green pepper.
  • A small onion diced.
  • Grated Parmesan-flavored black pepper, for garnish.
HOW TO DO IT:
Step 1:
In a large saucepan, sauté the onion in a large spoonful of butter over medium heat until the onion is translucent.
2nd step:
Second, cook the onion until soft. Take the onion out of the pan and set it aside.
Step 3:
And in a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil until butter is melted, and add Combine potatoes, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and pepper.
Step 4:
After that, cover and simmer, turning occasionally, for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly softened.µ
Step 5:
Then cooking for other 10 min after adding sausage. Combine onions and peppers in a large skillet and sauté until peppers are tender-crisp.
Step 6:
And finally, if you're using parmesan, sprinkle it on top.
COOKING NOTE:
Cook the sausage in a separate skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, while the potatoes cook if you like a crispier sausage.
