Amish-Cinnamon-Bread

Ingredients:
  • one cup Amish Amish Bread
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • three eggs
  • two cups flour
  • one c white sugar
  • one tsp ground cinnamon
  • half tsp of salt
  • half tsp baking soda
  • one ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • one teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat oven three hundred fifty  degrees F (175 degrees C).

Grease two loaf pans (9 x 5 inches).

In a large bowl, combine the Amish bread starter with oil, eggs, two cups flour, one cup sugar, one tsp ground cinnamon, half tsp salt, half tsp baking soda, 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix well Pour into prepared loaf pans.
