ALMOND-JOY-MAGIC-COOKIE-BARS
Ingredients:
- 1½ c three hundred seventy five ml flour
- ¾ cup one hundred seventy five ml unsalted butter, very cold
- six tbsp. ninety ml icing sugar
- half tsp. two ml salt
- one can three hundred mL Eagle Brand Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
- one pkg two hundred twenty five g white chocolate chips
- one c two hundred fifty ml almond
Methods
Crust:
1 : Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until batter is the size of large crumbs. Press well into a 9” x 13” (3.5 L) pan lined with paper. Baking for twenty min.
Garnish :
2: Pour sweetened condensed milk equaly on crust. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips and almonds.
Cook:
3 : twenty five to thirty min Letting cool in pan on wire rack. Cutting to bars. Cover loosely and stored at room temperature.
