Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients :
  • one pound meat
  • one onion cutting to cubes
  • six red potatoes, diced
  • five carrots, finely chop
  • ° Half c water
  • one (15 oz) can whole corn, drained
  • two cups frozen green beans
  • one bottle (fourty six fl oz) of tomato and vegetable juice cocktail
  • one cup water
  • one teaspoon salt
  • one  teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions  :
Step 1
In  saucepan on medium heat, cooking beef, onion, & potatoes, covered, to beef is no longer pink also potatoes are tender, eleven to sixteen min .
Step 2 . Meanwhile, place the carrots and half cup water in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for five minutes, until tender.
Step 3 . Drain the meat mixture and return to the pot with carrots, corn, chickpeas, cocktail juice, water, salt and pepper.Simmer for thirty minutes, until all the flavors are combined and the soup is hot.
