BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN POTATO
Ingredients :
- three or four large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- four tablespoons of olive oil
- two teaspoons of salt
- two teaspoons garlic powder
- two teaspoons Italian seasoning
- half cup grated parmesan
optional:
- parsley (or cilantro), ranch dressing
Methods :
Preheat oven three hundred seventy five . Greased baking sheet & set apart.
Placing potato wedges in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil & toss to coat well. In a small bowl, whisk together the salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle potato wedges with shredded cheese, toss to coat, then sprinkle with seasoning mix.
Place the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer with the skin side down. Bake for twenty five to thirty five minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and dressing for dipping.
