Ingredients :
  • six hundred g beef ground
  • two egg
  • half glass of breadcrumbs 1 glass of 240 ml
  • half chopped onion
  • one crush garlic clove
  • half bunch of chop parsley
  • two c. Milk
  • salt and black pepper


  • two c. ketchup
  • one C. of mustard
Instructions :
In  bowl, placing minced meat.
especially add the ingredients mentioned in the first part.
Mixing well to incorporate all well.
Covering cake tin with aluminum foil
shape  sausage with meat mixture, and placing it in cake mold
cover the surface with the mixture of ketchup and mustard.

also baking in a preheated oven at one hundred eighty  degrees for at least forty min.
opening aluminum foil, & pierce meatloaf with a knife blade, it must come out very dry.
if not, letting meatloaf cooking covered now to have  nice browning.
if you think it lacks a little filling, add a little ketchup and mustard, and let brown.
Remove from oven and let cool a bit before unmolding
