italian cake recipe

Ingredients :

  • 500g Mascarpone cheese
  • Sufficient cocoa pure
  • 24-30 Italian ladyfingers
  • 3 c strong coffee chill
  • 3 tsp dark rum
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 2 egg white
  • 1/2 c sugar

Preparation :

Combine coffee and rum.
Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites in a bowl until they are stiff. to plan
In another bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and mascarpone until they are all the same color. Mix in the egg whites.

Using a small sieve, sprinkle cocoa on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the coffee mixture and place it in the bottom of the mold to cover it.
Then spread 1/3 of the cheese filling, sprinkle again with cocoa, and repeat with 2 more layers of soaked biscuits, cheese, and cocoa.
Serve after chilling
