LOADED BAKED POTATO SALAD
LOADED BAKED POTATO SALAD
WHAT'S IN IT:
- 8 cubes of potatoes, half peeled and half not.
- 2 teaspoons of salt 6 pieces of diced, cooked bacon
- 6 green onions
- 2 cups of chopped cheddar cheese
- Sour cream, 16 ounces
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup of Miracle Whip or 1 cup of mayo
DIRECTIONS:
Cube the potatoes and boil them with salt.
Drain.
Tear up the bacon and slice the onions, tops and all.
Mix sour cream, pepper, and Miracle Whip together.
Mix in with potatoes.
Add bacon, onions, and cheese, saving some of each to sprinkle on top.
Blend with the potatoes.
Pour into a dish for baking.
On top, put the cheese, onions, and bacon that you saved.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese melts.
