  • 4 sticks mozzarella string cheese, halved lengthwise

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil for a healthier twist)

 Instructions

Step 1: Warm the Tortillas

Stack tortillas on a microwave-safe plate with a damp paper towel on top. Microwave for 20 seconds to make them soft and easy to roll.

Step 2: Preheat the Air Fryer

Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Prepare the Cheese

Slice each mozzarella cheese stick in half lengthwise.

Step 4: Assemble the Roll Ups

  • Lay one tortilla flat.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce near the bottom third.
  • Add about 5 pepperoni slices over the sauce.
  • Place 2 cheese stick halves on top.
  • Roll up tightly from the bottom.
    Repeat for all tortillas.

Step 5: Brush with Oil
