Easy Air Fryer Pizza Roll Ups

Ingredients
  

  • - 4 8-inch flour tortillas
  • - 4 mozzarella string cheese sticks halved lengthwise
  • - 20 slices pepperoni
  • - 4 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • - Microwave or tortilla warmer
  • pastry brush
  • Tongs
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds with a damp paper towel.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat and spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce near the bottom.
  4. Add 5 pepperoni slices and 2 mozzarella halves.
  5. Roll up tightly. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
  6. Brush each roll up lightly with oil.
  7. Place seam-side down in air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 5 minutes, until crispy and golden.
  9. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

- Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter version.
- Add veggies or switch cheeses to customize.
- Great for lunch boxes or party platters.
