Method
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds with a damp paper towel.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Lay one tortilla flat and spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce near the bottom.
- Add 5 pepperoni slices and 2 mozzarella halves.
- Roll up tightly. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
- Brush each roll up lightly with oil.
- Place seam-side down in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, until crispy and golden.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
