These Easy Cheddar Cheese Rolls have a wonderfully soft, airy inside and a perfectly crispy, cheesy topping—effortlessly delicious every single time.

Equipment Needed:

  •  Large mixing bowl
  •  Stand mixer with dough hook (optional but helpful!)

  •  Large baking sheet (rimmed)

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 1 cup warm milk (105-115°F / 40-46°C)
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (one packet)

Instructions:

  6. Prepare for Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) about 15 minutes before rolls finish rising. Melt butter for brushing.
  7. Cheesy Topping: Brush rolls gently with melted butter and generously sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.

  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter for topping

Method
