Instructions:

  1.  Dissolve the Jell-O:
    In a large bowl, whisk the cherry Jell-O into the boiling water until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes). Stir in the cold water.
  2.  Add pineapple:
    Stir in the crushed pineapple, juice and all. The pineapple juice adds extra flavor and helps the Jell-O set.
  3.  Mix in condensed milk:

  4.  Chill to thicken:
