Pink Cherry Jell-O Fluff

Sweet, creamy, and fluffy dessert packed with pineapple, marshmallows, and optional cherries or coconut.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg 3 oz cherry Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries drained (optional)

Equipment

  • mixing bowls
  • Whisk or spoon
  • Plastic wrap
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add cold water.
  2. Stir in pineapple and juice.
  3. Add condensed milk; mix well.
  4. Chill 1-2 hours until slightly thickened.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Stir in marshmallows, coconut, and cherries (if using).
  7. Chill 1-2 more hours before serving.

Notes

Swap Jell-O flavors for variety.
Serve in a graham cracker crust for a no-bake pie.
