2-Ingredient Biscuits (Fluffy & Easy)

Quick and easy homemade biscuits with only two ingredients! Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or as a side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups self-rising flour
  • - 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and cream until a dough forms. Don’t overwork it.
  3. Pat dough into a 1-inch thick shape on a floured surface.
  4. Cut out biscuits with a round cutter or glass.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes or until golden.
  6. Optional: Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
