Method
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour and cream until a dough forms. Don’t overwork it.
- Pat dough into a 1-inch thick shape on a floured surface.
- Cut out biscuits with a round cutter or glass.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes or until golden.
- Optional: Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
