Crispy, cheesy, and loaded with pizza flavor—these low-carb pizza chips are made with just cheese and pepperoni. Perfect as a keto snack or party appetizer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices pepperoni

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper (nonstick surface is key!)
  • Spoon (to flatten the cheese piles)
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place small piles of shredded cheese on the sheet (about 1 tbsp each). Flatten lightly.
  3. Top each pile with a pepperoni slice.
  4. Bake for 5–7 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  5. Let cool for 2–3 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara for dipping.
Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter option.
Store leftovers in an airtight container; reheat to re-crisp.
