- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place small piles of shredded cheese on the sheet (about 1 tbsp each). Flatten lightly.
- Top each pile with a pepperoni slice.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara for dipping.
Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter option.
Store leftovers in an airtight container; reheat to re-crisp.
