Ingredients
  

  • 100 ml cold strong black coffee
  • 1 Tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 Tbsp sugar or sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp mascarpone cheese or Greek yogurt
  • Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)

Equipment

  • Small bowl or mug
  • Spoon or small whisk

Method
 

  1. Stir coffee, instant coffee powder, and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add mascarpone (or yogurt).
  3. Whisk vigorously until light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon into a dish and dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

For a mocha flavor, mix in 1 tsp cocoa powder.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
Mousse can be made with iced coffee—expect a slightly looser texture.
