Ingredients
  

  • - 4 large eggs separated
  • - 2 cups whole milk
  • - ½ cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8 or 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Separate eggs into two bowls; set whites aside.
  3. Whisk egg yolks, milk, and flour until smooth.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped egg whites into yolk mixture.
  6. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  8. Serve warm with desired toppings.
