- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch dish.
- Cut crescent dough into smaller pieces.
- Cut chilled brie into small cubes.
- Add brie and jam to center of dough, fold and seal.
- Place bites snugly together in the dish.
- Bake 18–25 minutes until golden.
- Cool 5 minutes and serve warm.
