Buttery crescent dough wrapped around melty brie and sweet jam. These easy holiday appetizers and game day snacks look gourmet but come together in minutes — the ultimate quick party food that always disappears first.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 8 oz each refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 –12 oz brie cheese chilled
  • ½ cup fruit jam or preserves

Equipment

  • 9×13-inch baking dish
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch dish.
  2. Cut crescent dough into smaller pieces.
  3. Cut chilled brie into small cubes.
  4. Add brie and jam to center of dough, fold and seal.
  5. Place bites snugly together in the dish.
  6. Bake 18–25 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool 5 minutes and serve warm.

Notes

Make-ahead: Assemble ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Storage: Refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat in 350°F oven.
Pro Tip: Pack tightly and chill brie before cutting.
