Oven-roasted pork belly cubes with golden, shatteringly crisp edges and juicy interiors. A simple 3-ingredient appetizer perfect for parties and entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • lbs pork belly cubed
  • tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional garlic powder or smoked paprika

Equipment

  • - Rimmed baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • mixing bowl
  • Paper towels

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat pork belly completely dry.
  3. Toss with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange on rack in single layer.
  5. Roast 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Drain and serve warm.

Notes

Dry surface = crispy results
Leave space between cubes
Thicker cuts may require extra roasting time
Save rendered fat for future cooking
