A simple no-bake chocolate-peanut-butter treat made with just 3 pantry ingredients. Crunchy, creamy, and perfect for quick snacks or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Equipment

  • 8×8 pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the lined pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes or until set.
  6. Slice into bars and enjoy.
