- Combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth; stir in vanilla.
- Add crispy rice cereal and fold gently to coat.
- Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
- Refrigerate 45–60 minutes until fully set.
