Rich, creamy, no-bake peanut butter balls made with cream cheese and powdered sugar — an effortless dessert that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • hand mixer or spoon
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until combined.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined tray.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use shelf-stable creamy peanut butter for best consistency.
If mixture is too soft, chill for 10–15 minutes before rolling.
Balls can be dipped in chocolate or rolled in cocoa powder for variation.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
