This creamy, melt-in-your-mouth fudge comes together in minutes with just four ingredients — no candy thermometer needed!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Medium saucepan
  • Wooden spoon or silicone spatula
  • 8×8-inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper or nonstick spray
  • measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Grease or line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
  2. Combine sugar and milk in saucepan; bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour into pan and smooth top.
  5. Cool completely or chill 1–2 hours. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Whole milk gives the richest flavor and texture.
For chunkier fudge, use crunchy peanut butter.
Drizzle melted chocolate on top before cooling for a layered look.
