4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken with Stuffing

This 4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken with Stuffing is the ultimate dump-and-go dish. No oven, no stress

Ingredients
  

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • - 1 6 oz box chicken stuffing mix
  • - 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • - ½ cup sour cream
Optional:
  • - 1 cup frozen peas/carrots
  • - 1 tsp poultry seasoning

Equipment

  • 6-quart slow cooker / Crock-Pot
  • Mixing bowl (for sauce)
  • Whisk or fork
  • Optional: Baking sheet + oven (if broiling topping)

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-qt slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, and optional veggies/seasoning. Pour over stuffing.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW 4–6 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours, until chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for a crispy stuffing topping.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
