Method
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-qt slow cooker.
- Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, and optional veggies/seasoning. Pour over stuffing.
- Cover and cook on LOW 4–6 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours, until chicken is fully cooked.
- Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for a crispy stuffing topping.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
