A soft, ultra-moist cake soaked in sweetened condensed milk and topped with a fluffy vanilla cream layer. Light, luscious, and truly irresistible.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix plus box ingredients
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped topping or whipped cream for topping

Equipment

  • 9×13-inch baking pan
  • mixing bowls
  • - Hand mixer
  • Wooden spoon
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Bake cake according to package directions in a 9×13 pan.
  2. While warm, poke holes all over the cake.
  3. Slowly pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake.
  4. Beat cream, pudding mix, and vanilla until thick and smooth.
  5. Spread mixture evenly over cake.
  6. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
  7. Top with whipped cream and garnish before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best flavor and texture
Use instant pudding only
