Air Fryer Crispy Chickpeas

Crunchy, protein-packed air fryer chickpeas seasoned with smoky spices. A healthy snack that replaces chips in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • mixing bowl
  • Kitchen towel

Method
 

  1. Drain and pat chickpeas dry.
  2. Toss with oil and spices.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Spread in single layer.
  5. Air fry 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Drying is crucial for crisp texture.
Store at room temperature.
Reheat briefly to restore crunch.
