Silky, mess-free poached eggs made right in the air fryer—perfect for healthy breakfasts, low-carb meals, and quick brunches.

  • Ramekins
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spoon/tongs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 –4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp hot water per ramekin
  • Cooking spray optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 340°F (170°C).
  • Spray ramekins and add hot water.
  • Crack eggs into ramekins.
  • Air fry 5–7 mins based on doneness.
  • Remove, drain, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with toast, salads, or keto bowls.
Optional toppings: chili flakes, avocado, everything bagel seasoning.
