- 1 –4 eggs
- 3 tbsp hot water per ramekin
- Cooking spray optional
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat air fryer to 340°F (170°C).
Spray ramekins and add hot water.
Crack eggs into ramekins.
Air fry 5–7 mins based on doneness.
Remove, drain, and serve warm.
Serve with toast, salads, or keto bowls.
Optional toppings: chili flakes, avocado, everything bagel seasoning.
