- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch pan.
- Beat butter and sugar until light. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Alternate adding dry mix and milk to butter mixture, then stir in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and walnuts. Layer half the batter, half the swirl, remaining batter, and swirl; gently swirl.
- Bake 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
