Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.
- Mix beef, crackers, 1 cup milk, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 8 patties.
- Dredge in flour and sear 2–3 minutes per side.
- Place in baking dish.
- Whisk soup with remaining milk and pour over patties.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
- Rest 5 minutes and serve.

Browning the patties adds flavor—don’t skip it
Use cream of onion or celery soup if preferred
