I’m 50 but Feel 25”—Thanks to This Anti-Aging Smoothie Ritual

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring spoons
  • Cup or travel bottle

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass or to-go bottle.
  4. Drink immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Notes

Use frozen blueberries to keep your smoothie cold and extra thick.
Pre-portion smoothie bags for the week and freeze for grab-and-blend ease.
Add a handful of ice if you like it chilled without watering it down.
