Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Quesadillas

Golden, buttery tortillas filled with warm cinnamon apples—an easy, cozy breakfast that doubles as dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups apple pie filling or cooked cinnamon apples
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Equipment

  • Skillet or griddle
  • spatula
  • knife

Method
 

  1. Warm apple filling if desired.
  2. Spoon apples onto half of each tortilla.
  3. Fold tortillas into half-moons.
  4. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook quesadillas 3–5 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Drain excess liquid from apples to prevent sogginess.
Add cream cheese for a richer filling.
Best served fresh for crisp tortillas.
Can be topped with caramel, powdered sugar, or whipped cream.
