Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche
A creamy, crust-free quiche loaded with crispy bacon and melty cheddar cheese. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a low-carb dinner.

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in bacon and cheese.
Pour mixture into dish. Sprinkle extra cheese or bacon if desired.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until center is set and a knife comes out clean.
Cool 5–10 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
Add sautéed veggies or herbs to elevate flavor.
Swap cheddar for Swiss, Gruyère, or Monterey Jack.
Keeps in the fridge for 3 days; reheat before serving.
