- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in bacon and cheese.
- Pour mixture into dish. Sprinkle extra cheese or bacon if desired.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until center is set and a knife comes out clean.
- Cool 5–10 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Add sautéed veggies or herbs to elevate flavor.
Swap cheddar for Swiss, Gruyère, or Monterey Jack.
Keeps in the fridge for 3 days; reheat before serving.
