Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche

A creamy, crust-free quiche loaded with crispy bacon and melty cheddar cheese. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a low-carb dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in bacon and cheese.
  • Pour mixture into dish. Sprinkle extra cheese or bacon if desired.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until center is set and a knife comes out clean.
  • Cool 5–10 minutes. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Add sautéed veggies or herbs to elevate flavor.
Swap cheddar for Swiss, Gruyère, or Monterey Jack.
Keeps in the fridge for 3 days; reheat before serving.
