- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion 8–10 minutes until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring. Sprinkle in seasoned salt and mix.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, and yellow mustard until combined.
- Add Minute rice and beef broth. Bring to a gentle simmer, then lower heat and cook 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice absorbs the liquid.
- Stir in chopped cooked bacon. Top with shredded cheddar, cover, and let cheese melt until gooey.
- Rest a couple of minutes, then serve. Top with pickles if desired.
Notes
Use Minute (instant) rice for quick cooking. Watch the liquid so the rice doesn’t dry out. Freshly shredded cheddar melts best. Pickles on top give the full cheeseburger experience. Exact quantities can be adjusted to taste and skillet size.
