Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 oz crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Equipment

  • Baking sheet, mixing bowl, pastry brush

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle. Roll up from the wide end to the point, tucking sides as needed.
  5. Place on the baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Cool a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Soften cream cheese fully for a smooth filling. Do not overfill. Brush with butter for best color and flavor. Excellent with ranch or marinara for dipping. Use rotisserie chicken for speed. Leftovers reheat well in the oven or air fryer. Easy to double for a crowd. Best served warm.
