- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or 8x8 baking dish.
- Add cottage cheese, milk, flour, salt, pepper, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs until frothy.
- Slowly pour the blended mixture into eggs while whisking. Stir in add-ins.
- Pour into prepared dish. Bake 30–40 minutes or until center is set.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with fresh herbs.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use cornstarch or GF flour. For a keto version, omit flour. Great for meal prep and freezes well.
