Ingredients
  

  • - 8 oz spaghetti
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - ½ cup sour cream
  • - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ¼ tsp black pepper
  • - 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • - 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage optional
  • - Fresh parsley optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in marinara and optional cooked meat.
  5. Mix in spaghetti and half of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot!

Notes

- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
- Use full-fat dairy for richest flavor.
- Can be prepped a day ahead and baked fresh.
