Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in marinara and optional cooked meat.
- Mix in spaghetti and half of mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot!
