- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten.
- Place roast beef and provolone on each dough disc.
- Fold edges over filling, pinch to seal, shape into balls. Place seam-side down in greased dish.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Brush butter mixture over biscuits. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Warm beef broth in saucepan.
- Serve biscuits warm with au jus for dipping.
