Baked Parmesan Potato Fries

A healthier alternative to traditional fries, these baked Parmesan potato fries are crispy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium-sized potatoes peeled & cut into thin fries
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 50 g 1.7 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice potatoes into 1 cm thick fries.
  • Mix fries with mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm!

Notes

✔ For extra crispy fries, soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry before seasoning.
✔ Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven for best results.
✔ Try different seasonings like paprika, garlic powder, or Italian herbs!
