- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheeses.
- Fold in red peppers, pimientos, Tabasco, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
- Spread evenly in the baking dish.
- Bake for 22–24 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with crackers or chips.
