Baked Pimento Cheese Dip

This is the ultimate crowd-pleaser, perfect for your next get-together or just for treating yourself!

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • - ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • - 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • - 8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • - ½ cup roasted red peppers finely chopped
  • - 2 4 oz jars diced pimientos, drained
  • - 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • - ½ tsp salt

Equipment

  • 8x8-inch baking dish or pie plate
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Silicone spatula or wooden spoon
  • Oven or toaster oven
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Small rubber spatula (for scraping)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheeses.
  4. Fold in red peppers, pimientos, Tabasco, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
  5. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 22–24 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm with crackers or chips.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt and texture.
- Easily doubled for a crowd.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
