- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet.
- Toss potato slices with oil and seasonings.
- Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle cheese over potatoes.
- Return to oven 2–3 minutes until melted.
- Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for best melting
Avoid overlapping slices for crisp edges
Bake without cheese if prepping ahead
