- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in honey and vanilla.
- Mix in oats, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Scoop onto baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden and set.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
Store at room temp (3 days), fridge (1 week), or freezer (3 months).
Add nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit for variety.
