  • cups mashed ripe bananas
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
