Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix cake mix and melted butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Pour condensed milk evenly over crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle with toffee bits. Top with remaining cake mixture.
- Bake 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool completely. Spread whipped topping over cooled bars.
- Garnish with chocolate chips. Slice into squares and serve.
