These decadent chocolate caramel toffee bars are loaded with rich layers of gooey sweetness. Perfect for potlucks or family treats—quick, easy, and irresistible!

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 box chocolate cake mix dry
  • - ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • - 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • - 1 jar 12 oz caramel sauce
  • - 1 cup crushed toffee bits e.g. Heath bars
  • - 1½ cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • - ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Equipment

  • 9×13-inch baking dish
  • mixing bowls
  • Spatula or Spoon
  • Parchment paper (optional but helpful)
  • cooling rack

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix cake mix and melted butter until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Pour condensed milk evenly over crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Top with remaining cake mixture.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool completely. Spread whipped topping over cooled bars.
  8. Garnish with chocolate chips. Slice into squares and serve.
