This creamy dip brings bold flavor to any party — perfect for chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
Servings: 3 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • ¼ cup jalapeños optional
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • 2 tbsp cilantro optional

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • Spatula or spoon for stirring
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Serving bowl

Method
 

  1. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, ranch until smooth.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill 30 mins. Stir + serve with chips.

Notes

Add bacon for extra flavor.
Swap cheddar for pepper jack for heat.
