Method
- Bring water to a gentle boil in a small pot.
- Add banana (sliced or whole) and cinnamon.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let steep for a few minutes.
- Strain into a mug and enjoy warm, ideally 1 hour before bedtime.
