Boiled Banana with Cinnamon: A Simple Natural Sleep & Wellness Elixir 🌙

Ingredients
  

  • * 1 ripe banana washed, skin-on or peeled
  • * 1 cup water
  • * 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Bring water to a gentle boil in a small pot.
  2. Add banana (sliced or whole) and cinnamon.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let steep for a few minutes.
  5. Strain into a mug and enjoy warm, ideally 1 hour before bedtime.

Notes

* Use ground cinnamon if cinnamon sticks are unavailable.
* Optional: Add a teaspoon of honey for sweetness.
* Consult your doctor if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
