No-bake peanut butter-chocolate bars that taste just like a homemade Reese’s — rich, creamy, and perfect for any sweet craving.

Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Layer:
  • 8 tbsp 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
Chocolate Layer:
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or coconut oil

Equipment

  • - 9x13 baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer (optional)
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment, leaving an overhang.
  2. Mix butter, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar and mix into a dough.
  3. Press dough firmly into the pan and chill for 30–60 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
  7. Lift from pan, cut into bars, and serve.

Notes

Bars can be made up to 3 days ahead.
Keep chilled for best texture.
Perfect for freezer-friendly treats or holiday trays.
