Ingredients

  • 2 lbs kielbasa sausage
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish

Equipment

  • baking dish

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice kielbasa into 1-inch pieces (optional: hasselback each piece with partial cuts for more surface area).
  3. Place in a baking dish; add brown sugar, ketchup, and horseradish; stir to coat.
  4. Bake 60–90 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes, until the sauce is thick, sticky, and caramelized and the edges are browned.
  5. Serve hot with toothpicks or over rice/noodle

Notes

Stir every 20 minutes to prevent scorching and ensure even coating. Longer bake = stickier glaze. Excellent for parties and leftovers. Sweet, savory, and highly addictive.
