Ingredients

  • Brownie Layer
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 4 fun-size Milky Way bars chopped
  • ½ cup chocolate chips melted

Equipment

  • 9x13-inch pan, parchment paper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla until glossy. Stir in flour, cocoa, and salt until just combined. Spread in pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla until smooth. Drop over brownie batter and swirl gently.
  4. Bake 30–35 minutes until edges are set and center has a slight jiggle.
  5. Cool 10 minutes. Drizzle with caramel and top with chopped Milky Way.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Cool completely before cutting.

Notes

Do not overmix the brownie batter. Swirl gently for distinct layers. Pull from the oven while the center still has a slight jiggle. Cool completely for clean slices. Dulce de leche works beautifully in place of caramel sauce.
