Method
- Line a 9×13 pan with parchment.
- Crush pretzels and spread evenly in the pan.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Boil gently 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour caramel over pretzels and spread.
- Sprinkle milk chocolate chips on top; let soften, then spread smooth.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate if desired.
- Chill 2–3 hours until firm.
- Lift from pan, cut into pieces, and store airtight.
